EHR Deployment Assistance

Peer assists medical offices implementing EHR systems by providing a professional IT team during selection, implementation, and post implementation support.  Your office will work with a senior consultant who can assess your existing network, recommend and make the changes necessary to prepare for EHR, perform wireless surveys, develop security plans, and respond to any technology questions from you or your EHR vendor.

Peer's team has significant experience with GE Centricity, eClinicalworks, Greenway, Chartlogic, and NextGen.  Deployment assistance is customized to your offices' specific needs and may include the following:

Project Planning  

We will develop a detailed project plan describing the steps necessary to prepare your offices' network, desktops, and servers for EHR.

Hardware and Software Inventory

While our goal is to use the hardware and software you have, sometimes new equipment must be purchased.  Peer will prepare a complete list of all components necessary.  Since we don't sell any hardware of software, you can trust our unbiased opinion.

Estimate for Network Implementation

After reviewing vendor requirements and assessing your network, Peer will provide a network implementation quote including all the hardware, software, and services necessary to prepare your office for EHR implementation. 

Infrastructure Deployment

Your office can take advantage of our experience by using our staff as your IT department.  We will be your IT contact when working with the EHR vendor and ensure all technical requirements are completed prior to implementation.
